Acceptable use policy

You may not use HOBBAY to sell, share or promote:

• Illegal goods or services, or content illegal where the buyer or Store is located.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including resold courses or leaked material.
• Get-rich-quick, pyramid or guaranteed-return schemes, unlicensed investment or financial advice, or unlicensed money transmission.
• Sexual content involving minors (reported to authorities), non-consensual intimate content, or any content that exploits children.
• Hate, harassment, threats, or content inciting violence.
• Malware, credential theft, account selling, or tools to bypass security.
• Products regulated in a market (e.g. gambling, medicines) without the required licences.

Do not spam, manipulate reviews or referrals, attempt self-referral, abuse refunds or chargebacks, or try to access data or systems you are not authorised to access.

Report violations from any product, store or community post.
